Jane Rogers
Jane Rogers has published ten novels and a collection of stories, original TV and radio drama, and adapted work for radio and TV. Awards include the Arthur C Clarke Award 2012 and ManBooker longlisting for The Testament of Jessie Lamb; Edge Hill Prize shortlist 2013 for Hitting Trees with Sticks; BAFTA nomination for Mr Wroe’s Virgins; Impac and Orange longlisting; Writers’ Guild Best Fiction Book; Samuel Beckett Award; Somerset Maugham Award, and more. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.

Her new novel, BODY TOURISTS, is published November 2019 by Sceptre.

She has taught writing to a wide range of students and is Professor Emerita at Sheffield Hallam University where she taught on the MA in Writing for many years. She’s also taught for Arvon, MsLexia, Faber Academy, and other  universities including Paris Sorbonne IV, Adelaide, Cambridge and Warwick.
